At American Fine Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
